    • 9.1 RLTP 2021/31 – Mid-term Review – Approval to Submit the Draft RLTP to Council

    • 9.2 New Zealand Transport Agency Update

    • 9.6 Next Meeting
      • A report on the RLTP will be included at the next meeting.

  • 10. Extraordinary and Urgent Business І Panui Autaia hei Totoia Pakihi
    • The Ministry of Transport released a new rule for setting speed limits with a short consultation timeframe.
    • The Otago Southland TAG will discuss a possible response on 26 June, and TSIG will discuss a combined regional submission on 25 June.

      • Request staff to prepare an RTC submission following the TAG Group meeting.
      • Delegation of signing authority to the RTC Chairs.
