Since then, ORC has been collecting more data about these waterways and analysing the feedback and values you gave us. Our plan was to come back to your community to discuss options to manage these water bodies by the end of March. Unfortunately, we have had to postpone these meetings.

The delay was initially due to changes of direction at central government level and Minister Parker’s investigation into ORC’s planning framework, but we are now also postponing community meetings due to COVID-19.

We know these projects have been going on for a long time and that this further delay will be causing frustration. We are sorry about this and will endeavour to share options with you as soon as possible.
