The Otago Regional Council will require visitors and customers at its public offices in Dunedin and Queenstown to show a valid My Vaccine Pass from 21 February 2022.
This will be in addition to the current requirements to scan in using the QR code and wear a mask in ORC offices.
Bus users on the public transport network are not required to have a Vaccine Pass, as public transport is a basic needs service. Scanning the QR code on the bus and wearing a mask are required.
At the current Red traffic light setting, ORC’s customer service opening hours at Philip Laing House in Dunedin and in Queenstown are 8am - 1pm and 2pm - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
All enquiries can still be made via phone (0800 474 082) or through our contact us page.
