Public notice: ORC Rabbit Control – Lower Taieri Floodbanks

Otago Regional Council contractors will be undertaking night shoots to control rabbit numbers on the ORC floodbanks of the Lower Taieri.

Shooting will take place over several nights, from 1 December to 21 December 2022, between the hours of 9pm and 5am. Shooting will not take place within 50m of any houses.

The operation will cover ORC-owned floodbanks in the East, West and Lower Taieri area.
